Each manufacturer independently sets the warranty period for its products and prescribes this period in the delivery contract. In most cases, this is much longer than required by the legislation of the Russian Federation (for example, for parquet boards of European manufacturers 25-30 years)

To perform warranty service, you must:

The delivery agreement is accompanied by a memo describing the operating conditions under which the warranty period is maintained by the manufacturer.

Authenticity of origin is important for the control of European environmental certificates. You can always request supporting documents or arrange a meeting with a representative of any of the factories that we are distributors of!

When accepting the product, the absence of mechanical damage is checked.

Please also note that when the buyer receives and pays for the product, the courier must check the packaging and appearance of the product for the absence of physical defects (scratches, cracks, chips, etc.) and the completeness of the kit. After the courier's departure, no claims will be accepted on these issues.

Warranty service is not provided if:

Broken the required rules of operation

The product was delivered to the territory of the Russian Federation unofficially-bypassing our company

The product has traces of mechanical damage after installation

Chemicals used for styling or care - not recommended by the manufacturer

Operating, transportation, or storage conditions are violated

Repairs were carried out by persons who are not representatives of our company

Tools and equipment not intended for work were used
